A short success story for PCOS

Post by

Hello, my name is Ananya.

Since childhood, I’ve been overweight and have had PCOS.

Then, when I chose to become pregnant, I had to take action.

I was adamant about getting pregnant naturally, which is difficult when you have PCOS, but my perseverance paid off.

The secret to success is perseverance which was established even true when I switched to Ayurveda.

I had a very positive attitude about overcoming it, and I was able to do so through my efforts and with the assistance of my doctor. During one day, when I was casually surfing the internet, I came across Yogveda’s website. I found many herbal products like P-Hazel Syrup and Yogwardhini capsules which cure PCOs. I also saw some genuine reviews of people going through similar health conditions similar to mine.

I did not want to take any reproductive hormones, but my doctor recommended Metmorfin 850 mg per day tablets since I was insulin resistant, like many other PCOS patients.

Supplements of inositol and folic acid were also provided because these two dietary components aid in the treatment of PCOS and pregnancy, respectively.

Aside from that, I did not seek hormone therapy.

I joined a gym and began exercising as suggested by my fitness guide provided by Yogveda. I was keenly interested in healing myself through Ayurveda.

Not only for curing my disease specifically, but I also found a lot of other herbal treatment options at Yogveda. I found an interesting ayurvedic treatment for PCOs. It showed all the natural ingredients and was so affordable, and the very reason why I was ready to opt for this.

I was motivated, and therefore I didn’t give up even when the first few days were challenging.

Every day, I used to work out for 2 to 2.5 hours.

Brisk walking and running took up more than an hour.

Then I did 3–4 sets of push-ups, sit-ups, and other complex exercises taught to me by my trainer.

I concentrated on the exercises that were specifically designed to reduce belly fat by strictly following the regime of my ayurvedic medicines.

It was exhausting at times, but I pushed myself to my limitations and completed half an hour of weight training every day.

Then came eating habits, which are the most crucial factor.

It won’t help if you eat less.

Eat well and wisely.

I completelly eliminated sugar and easily availsdly carbohydrates from my diet.

Junk food and soft drinks, as well as packed juices, were strictly prohibited.

I used to eat almonds, walnuts, dates (in moderation), yoghurt, broccoli, beans, lentils, pulses, carrots, apples, berries, oranges, and other fruits and vegetables, grilled chicken, soybean, fish, eggs, and so on. As you can see, all of these foods are high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and fibre.

All of my prior favourites, such as rice, outside food, pizza, burgers, KFC, and french fries, were bid farewell.

To give my body the rest it needs, I used to sleep 8–9 hours a day.

After only one month of following this practice, my menstrual cycle became normal.

In just three months, I shed ten kilograms.

I, who was overweight and had PCOS my entire life, was able to overcome it so quickly.

Following that, I was able to become pregnant quickly and spontaneously.

I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant.

To have a good pregnancy, I strive to eat properly and walk 30–40 minutes every day.

I still don’t eat junk food since I’m in control of my cravings.

Good luck to me!

So the main point is straightforward.

Our bodies were not designed to sit in air conditioning all day.

Make your bodywork for you.

Eat the foods that nature intended for humans: fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and nuts.

Don’t eat the packaged and processed foods that businesspeople have created for you.

Follow nature’s lead and you’ll be able to reclaim your natural cycle; all you have to do is maintain a happy mindset and persevere.

Last but not the least, Thank you so much Yogveda for bringing my life back on track!!
